📋 After the Meeting — Pending Actions

File Form 8822-B with IRS — Update business name from KW Aesthetics to Elev8 Ventures. Takes ~6 weeks to process. Charlotte can prep this form. Needed before the EIN shows "Elev8 Ventures" in IRS records.

Update TX Comptroller records — TX Taxpayer Number 32068617763 is currently under KW Aesthetics for franchise tax. Needs to be updated to Elev8 Ventures after SOS approval (which is now done).

Update Stripe entity name — Stitch has an archived inbox task for this. Once the Chase account is open, the bank account info in Stripe will also need updating.

Draft an Operating Agreement — Not urgent, but good practice. Charlotte can draft a simple LLC Operating Agreement for Elev8 Ventures for your records.

Update the Business Structure Notes — Mark the TX SOS name change as COMPLETE (it was pending in our notes, but the Acknowledgment letter confirms it's done as of 02/23).
